Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

Nothing in this Order shall be interpreted or construed as creating or establishing the relationship of employer and employee between Buyer and Supplier or Supplier Personnel.
Buyer has no right to control directly or indirectly the terms and conditions of the employment of Supplier Personnel.
In addition, Supplier shall indemnify, defend, release and hold the Indemnitees harmless from and against any Claims arising out of employment or labor claims or proceedings initiated by Supplier Personnel against or involving Buyer.
