It is understood that IWC may have reason to use the Church Property and/or parking lot during the lease period but in no event shall IWC interfere with the wedding/funeral. All decorations, floral arrangements, and food must be removed prior to the completion of your events. □ In consideration for the lease of Church Property for the event, renter shall make a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of the amount as stated above 14 days prior to the event, which shall be submitted with this signed Rental Agreement FOR WEDDINGS AND APPROVED EVENTS ONLY.   • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday.
