Tiers. Appendix “B” is divided into tiers describing the minimum rates;
Tiers. The City shall solicit bids for the health benefit plan based upon the bid specifications. The City shall award the contract(s) for the health benefit plan to those bidders, who meet bid specifications at the lowest aggregate premium cost for all options required under the bid specifications, including the specifications of any self insurance plan, provided however any health benefit plan(s) specifications shall be at least equal to the plan(s) in effect on December 31, 2001.
Tiers. (A) Claim Tiers
Tiers. Authorized Claimants will be categorized into tiers based on the total dollar amount of their Qualifying Purchase(s) during the Class Period:
(a) Tier 1 Authorized Claimants: A Tier 1 Authorized Claimant is one who does not submit proof of Qualifying Purchase(s), or submits proof of Qualifying Purchase(s) that are less than $90.00, with his or her timely and valid Claim Form.

Tiers. The incremental phases of increased services shall be compensated in an escalating manner to reflect the increased workload of EJFR personnel as stipulated herein.
Tiers. Tier 1: Certified Staff who are at least age 55 with 15 years’ experience at Eastern Xxxxxx School Corporation by June 30, 2006. Tier 2: Certified Staff hired on or before June 30, 1995, but not eligible for Tier 1. Tier 3: Certified Staff hired after June 30, 1995 and by June 30, 2002. Tier 4: Certified Staff signing contracts for school year on and after July 1, 2002.
Tiers. There are 4 tiers of payment agreements for taxpayers who live in their homes. GRB Law has determined that you are in Tier «Tier»
a. Tier 1: Taxpayers whose monthly household income is above 70% of Area Median Income shall be offered payment agreements at the discretion of GRB Law, taking into consideration any evidence of financial hardship. These taxpayers must pay in full the interest, penalties, attorneys’ fees, and any other eligible expenses or fees that have already accrued on their Real Estate Tax Liabilities.
b. Tier 2: Taxpayers whose monthly household income ranges from greater than 50% up to and including 70% of Area Median Income must pay 10% of their monthly household income under this Agreement. These taxpayers will be entitled to a waiver of 100% of the penalties that have already accrued on their Real Estate Tax Liabilities if they comply with this Agreement.
c. Tier 3: Taxpayers whose monthly household income ranges from greater than 30% up to and including 50% of Area Median Income must pay 8% of their monthly household income under this Agreement. These taxpayers will be entitled to a waiver of 50% of the interest and 100%
d. Tier 4: Taxpayers whose monthly household income is at or below 30% of Area Median Income must pay 5% of their monthly household income under this Agreement, but no less than $25 per month. These taxpayers will be entitled to a waiver of 100% of the interest and 100% of the penalties that have already accrued on their Real Estate Tax Liabilities if they comply with this Agreement.

Nothing in this Article shall preclude other City of Pueblo, employees, bargaining units, City of Pueblo Transportation Company employees, or City of Pueblo Union-Exempt, Supervisory Employees from participating in the health benefit plan provided pursuant to this Article. Nothing shall preclude the City from utilizing a City self-insurance plan for the health benefit plan required under this Article; provided, however, the City shall retain the services of a third party administrator to manage such plan; the third party administrator shall be selected upon the basis of requests for professional proposals; and the parties shall share in any reimbursement from the plan, based upon utilization, in the same proportion that the costs were shared. The consultations of the Committee established under this Section of this Article shall not be subject to the grievance/arbitration procedure of this agreement.
