Due upon signing Sample Clauses
The "Due upon signing" clause requires that a specified payment or obligation be fulfilled immediately when the contract is signed. In practice, this often means that a party must pay a deposit, initial fee, or other agreed amount at the time both parties execute the agreement. This clause ensures that the receiving party obtains prompt payment or performance, reducing the risk of delay or non-payment after the contract becomes effective.
