RATES OF PAY AND JOB CLASSIFICATIONS a) Special rates of pay for any new operations, areas, or job classification will be subject to negotiation, provided that the Company will pay the area rate until the new rate or job classification is agreed upon. The Company agrees to advise the Union office of any such rate within ten (10) days of its establishment, and if no written Union representation is made within thirty (30) days of such notification, the rate will be deemed agreed upon. If no agreement is reached within sixty (60) days of receipt of such written representation, the Union may process a grievance under the Grievance Procedure, commencing with Step 3.

Full time employees will be paid the weekly rate. Part time employees will be paid the weekly rate on a pro rata basis. The 171/2 % leave loading is included as part of the weekly wage fr permanent employees.

  • Tax Classification The Series shall elect to be treated as an association taxable as a corporation under Treasury Regulations Section 301.7701-3 with effect for each taxable period of its existence. The Series and each Member shall file all tax returns and shall otherwise take all tax and financial reporting positions in a manner consistent with such treatment. No election will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service (or the tax authorities of any State) to have the Series taxable other than as an association taxable as a corporation for income tax purposes.

  • Classification 7.06 Employees who cannot support the Union because of a conscientious objection as determined by the Union’s internal guidelines may apply to the Union in writing.
