Grade 5 definition

Grade 5 means an operator able to operate four sections of plant competently or otherwise by appointment.
Grade 5 means an employee able to carry out four tasks competently or otherwise by appointment.
Grade 5 means an employee who has acquired the competency of operator and whose work requires the operation of major items of equipment or machinery or to carry out a major function with limited supervision within a Section.
