Not retroactive. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, none of the provisions of this agreement shall be retroactive. This agreement supersedes all earlier such agreements between the parties.
Not retroactive. The employer will recognize individual seniority only after the completion of the probationary period of 480 worked hours for an employee hired as a regular full- time employee/union member. Upon completion of the probationary period seniority shall revert back to the date of hire.
