Rates of Pay and Allowances. 5.1 Subject to the provisions of Clause 20, Area Incidence and Duration, of this Agreement, employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid the rates prescribed for their classification as contained in Schedule A of this Agreement and, where applicable, the allowances as contained in Schedules B & C.

Rates of Pay and Allowances. The award rates of pay and allowances for the employees covered by this agreement are set out in “attachment 1” and existing over award payments for individual employees will continue for the time worked by the employee but are not set out in this schedule.
Rates of Pay and Allowances. The Base Rates of Pay provided for at paragraph A1.3 above shall include consideration for all allowances that may apply under any other awards or agreements. To avoid doubt, the base rates fully comprehend and cover all allowances that may apply (for example, but not limited to: any allowances relating to working conditions, any industry or special allowances, any attendance pay, any leading hand allowances) and no additional payment for these allowances will be required, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Rates of Pay and Allowances. 48.1 The wage rates and allowances to be paid under this Agreement shall be in substitution for all wage, allowance and special rate entitlements of the National Building Construction Industry Award 2000.

Rates of Pay and Allowances. 14.1 Employees will be classified according to the classifications contained in Appendix 1 (and in the case of construction worker and plant operator classifications, described in Appendix 2) and based on their skills and abilities which they most commonly use on the job. Any employee who believes that they are incorrectly classified should raise this with their supervisor and process any issue in accordance with the provisions of clause 34.0
