Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Collective Agreement during the months of June, July and August, day shifts shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours between 07:30 to 15:30 hours, inclusive of a paid meal period for those employees in the classifications of Powerline Electrician, Substation Electrician, Maintenance Construction Worker, Truck Driver/Operator, Collection Officer, Meter Technician, Crew Leader of the above, Locator and Power Systems Inspector.

Construction Worker Trainees are employed under a registered Training Agreement for a period of 12 months.
A Consultative Committee shall consist of nominated Management Employees and an equal number of Construction Worker Employees.
