Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting Contracting Authority’s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Section 26, Contracting Authority may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co’s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that Contracting Authority also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of the Construction Contractor’s quality management systems.
Quality Monitoring. CUSTOMER authorizes AT&T to monitor and record calls to AT&T concerning the Services for training and quality control purposes.
Quality Monitoring. The purpose of quality monitoring is to assure courteous treatment and superior service for Buffalo News customers and to assure an accurate exchange of information between callers and their News contacts. When managers monitor employees’ telephone contacts, they will be analyzing the contact for appropriate performance in these four key areas: information gathering procedures, adherence to established customer service procedures, knowledge of products and services and telephone etiquette. TRAINING Managers will train all employees involved in customer contact on the requirements of good customer service interaction and effective sales techniques. Employees will receive detailed training in the following key areas: information gathering procedures, customer service procedures, availability of products and services offered within the department and telephone etiquette. New employees will be provided this training as an important part of their orientation and instruction. Additionally, all current employees will be trained in any changes in expected performance or processes for customer interaction and offered opportunities for skills development before the employee is monitored for compliance.
Quality Monitoring. 2.8.1 DCH will have a written strategy for assessing and improving the quality of services provided by the Contractor. In accordance with 42 CFR 438.204, this strategy will, at a minimum, monitor: · The availability of services; · The adequacy of the Contractor’s capacity and services; · The Contractor’s coordination and continuity of care for Members; · The coverage and authorization of services; · The Contractor’s policies and procedures for selection and retention of Providers; · The Contractor’s compliance with Member information requirements in accordance with 42 CFR 438.10; · The Contractor’s compliance with State and federal privacy laws and regulations relative to Member’s confidentiality; · The Contractor’s compliance with Member Enrollment and Disenrollment requirements and limitations; · The Contractor’s Grievance System; · The Contractor’s oversight of all Subcontractor relationships and delegations; · The Contractor’s adoption of practice guidelines, including the dissemination of the guidelines to Providers and Providers’ application of them; · The Contractor’s quality assessment and performance improvement program; and · The Contractor’s health information systems. · The Contractor shall respond to requests for information within stipulated time frame.

Quality Monitoring. 13.5 The Authority Representative may carry out audits of the Contractor’s quality management systems (including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures) at regular intervals. The parties anticipate that these audits will be carried out at intervals of approximately twelve months, but the Authority Representative may carry out other periodic monitoring or spot checks at any other time. In each case, the Contractor shall co-operate, and shall procure that its Sub-contractors co-operate, with the Authority Representative, including by providing the Authority Representative with all information and documentation, and access to any relevant Contractor Personnel and/or to any relevant Site, which he reasonably requires in connection with his rights under this clause 13.5 at no additional charge to the Authority. Quality Monitoring. 4.9.1 ASES, in strict compliance with applicable provisions of 42 CFR 438.204 and other federal and Puerto Rico regulations, shall evaluate the delivery of health care by the Contractor’s Provider Network. Such quality monitoring shall include monitoring of all the Contractor’s Quality Improvement programs described in Article 12 of this Contract. ASES shall monitor the following items, among others:
Quality Monitoring. 5.3 TfGM’s Representative may carry out audits of the Consultant's quality management systems (including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures) at regular intervals. The Consultant shall co- operate, and shall procure that its Sub-Consultants co-operate, with TfGM's Representative, including by providing TfGM's Representative with all information and documentation, and access to any relevant Consultant Personnel and/or to any relevant Site, which he reasonably requires in connection with his rights under this clause 5.3 at no additional charge to TfGM. Quality Monitoring. Medica will periodically sample and trend the Cartridge performance in accordance with specification and Medica’s internal production tests to monitor process and product control.
