County may restrict or require modifications to hours for Collection from Commercial Premises to resolve noise complaints, and, in such case, the Administrator may restrict the allowable operating hours.

New Construction/Major Alteration/Repaint-Remodeling Specialty Will include but not be limited to; any and all work/processes to be performed at all office buildings, warehouses, schools, hospitals, museums, theaters of any kind, malls, department stores, food stores, supply houses, depots, strip malls, churches, retirement homes, apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, motels, restaurants, commercial culinary facilities, stadiums, etc. New Construction is work built from the ground up and is bid through a General Contractor or Construction Manager. Major Alteration is work where a General Contractor or Construction Manager is involved, and a majority of all of the other trades are on the jobsite. The original or existing character or configuration are to be changed.
Commercial hospital, municipal, office building/bank, computer center, supermarket, university/college/schools, retail/merchandising, restaurant, laboratory, hotel/motel, prisons/detention facility, warehouses, military bases, miscellaneous (churches, assembly halls, etc.)
Commercial. The Contractor shall provide Commercial Franchise Services Monday through Saturday, on an established weekly pickup schedule between 5:30 AM and 8:00 PM, exclusive of holidays, except in emergencies or with the approval of the LEA. The County may restrict or require modifications to the hours for collection from Commercial Premises to resolve noise complaints, and, in such cases, the County may restrict the allowable operating hours.
