Limited Access Areas. (a) For purposes related to the provision of the Contracting Authority Activities, Contracting Authority may limit or restrict Project Co’s access to designated portions of the Sites, the Facilities or the Existing Facilities unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of Contracting Authority, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by Contracting Authority.
Limited Access Areas. (a) For purposes related to the provision of Clinical Services or to patient safety HRRH may limit or restrict Project Co’s and each Project Co Party’s access to designated portions of the Site or the Facility unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of HRRH, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by HRRH.
Limited Access Areas. (a) For purposes related to the provision of the Governmental Activities, Contracting Authority may limit or restrict Project Co’s access to designated portions of the Metrolinx Lands, the New Metrolinx Infrastructure, the New Third Party Infrastructure or the Existing Infrastructure (in each case, on Metrolinx Lands), as set out in Schedule 15 – Output Specifications unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of Contracting Authority, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by Contracting Authority.
Limited Access Areas. (a) For purposes related to the provision of Courthouse Activities or related to security and confidentiality, effective upon Substantial Completion of the Facility, HMQ may limit or restrict Project Co's and each Project Co Party's access to designated portions of the Site or the Facility unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of HMQ, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by HMQ.
Limited Access Areas. (a) For purposes related to the provision of the College Activities or to student safety the College may limit or restrict Project Co’s access to designated portions of the Site, the Facility or the Existing Facilities unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of the College, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by the College.

(a) For purposes related to the provision of the SMH Activities or to patient safety SMH may limit or restrict Project Co’s access to designated portions of the Site, the Facility or the Existing Facilities unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of SMH, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by SMH.
Limited Access Areas. D9.1 The City may limit or restrict Design Builder’s access to designated portions of the Lands or the Existing Infrastructure (on the Lands), as set out in the Design Build Agreement unless a person seeking access obtains the prior written consent of the City, which consent may be subject to such reasonable conditions as are imposed by the City in its sole discretion. In this regard any time Design Builder requires access to the NEWPCC Site it shall request authorization in accordance with Schedule 18 – Technical Requirements Appendix 18P – Coordination Xxxxxxxx.

Limited Access Areas. For the purposes of safety, operational efficiency or other reasons, effective upon Substantial Completion of the Project, either the Operator or the Province, each acting reasonably and in co-operation with the other, may designate portions of the Site, the Project or the Workings which are subject to limited or restricted access, including to the Operator’s personnel, without the prior written consent of the Province, which consent may be granted upon such reasonable conditions as are imposed by the Province.
