Common use of Quality Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting Contracting Authority’s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Section 26, Contracting Authority may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co’s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that Contracting Authority also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of the Construction Contractor’s quality management systems.

Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting Contracting Authority’s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Section 2627, Contracting Authority may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co’s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that Contracting Authority also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of the Construction Contractor’s quality management systems.
