Common use of Quality Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting HMQ’s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Section 26, HMQ may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co’s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that HMQ also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of both the Construction Contractor’s quality management systems.
