Contracting Authority definition

Contracting Authority means any contracting authority (other than the Authority) as defined in regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/5).

  • The Contracting Authority shall consider the legitimate interests of the Tenderers concerning the protection of secrecy which applies to technical or trade aspects of their businesses.

  • The Contracting Authority shall notify the Tenderers of the decision taken and of the reasons for it, as per the provisions of article 54 of Law 73(I)/2016.
