Project Manuals. Owner shall furnish to Contractor up to one (1) printed copy of the Contract Documents. Additional copies will be furnished upon request at the cost of reproduction.
Project Manuals. 1. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Manuals and shall not amend or waive any provision of the Project Manuals without the Association’s prior written agreement.

Therefore, the Project Architect/Engineer shall request a current edition of the document from OFPC immediately before advertising for bids and include the current statutory documents in the bidding documents. Project Manuals. 1. The Recipient shall, not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, update the Project Administrative, Financial and Accounting Manual (PAFAM) and the Project Implementation Manual (PIM), in a manner satisfactory to the Association to meet the requirements of the Project.

The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the PIM and the PAFAM, and shall not, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, amend or waive any provision of the aforementioned if such amendment or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, adversely and materially affect Project implementation.

The Recipient shall prepare and adopt a Project operation manual (variously the “Project Operations Manual” or “POM”) in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Association, and thereafter implement its Respective Activities under the Project, and cause the FMSs and MDAs to carry out their respective responsibilities under the Project, in accordance therewith; which manual shall set forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed description of activities and the respective implementation arrangements and modalities, including the setup and job descriptions/terms of reference and allocation of functions and responsibilities, reporting lines and accountabilities across MDAs; (ii) the detailed criteria for the selection of civil servants to be recipients of Civil Servants Scholarships, including a form of bond with the MoF to serve for at least four years upon completion of the education covered by said scholarship and the placement of the civil servant in the public function in an area related to the education financed by the scholarship;
