All grant funds expended for travel, lodging, meals and incidentals are subject to the standards of Subrecipient’s policies and procedures, and the State of Arizona Accounting Manual (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/publications/saam), which Subrecipient must apply uniformly to both Federally financed and its other activities.
