Operations Manual. AmericaTowne agrees to share with the Licensee one or more manuals, technical bulletins and other written materials (collectively referred to as "Operations Manual") covering ordering of supplies, manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques. The Licensee agrees to use the Licensed Methods only as specified in the Operations Manual. The Operations Manual is the sole property of AmericaTowne and shall be used by the Licensee only during the term of this Agreement and in strict accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. The Licensee shall not duplicate the Operations Manual or disclose its contents to persons other than its employees or officers who have signed a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Licensee shall return the Operations Manual to AmericaTowne upon the expiration, termination or transfer of this Agreement. AmericaTowne reserves the right to revise the Operations Manual from time to time as it deems necessary to update or change operating and marketing techniques, standards and specifications for all components of the Licensed Methods.
Operations Manual. The Franchisor agrees to loan to the Franchisee one or more manuals, technical bulletins, cookbooks and recipes and other written materials (collectively referred to as “Operations Manual”) covering Factory Candy ordering, Store Candy manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques for the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store. The Franchisee agrees that it shall comply with the Operations Manual as an essential aspect of its obligations under this Agreement, that the Operations Manual shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and failure by the Franchisee to substantially comply with the Operations Manual may be considered by the Franchisor to be a breach of this Agreement.
Operations Manual. The Sonic Operations Manual containing the standards, specifications, procedures and methods for operating a Sonic drive-in restaurant, a copy of which will be loaned to Licensee for the term of this Agreement.
Operations Manual. (a) The Service Providers must develop, maintain and publish on the Public Website, an EGP operations manual consistent with the terms and conditions of this document, setting out the administrative procedures and forms necessary or convenient for the conduct of the parties.

Promptly after receiving any update from the Franchisor, the Franchisee shall update his or her copy of the Operations Manual as instructed by the Franchisor and shall conform operations with the updated provisions within a reasonable time after receipt of such updated information. The Franchisee shall at all times during the term of this Agreement own and control the MZBIZ TAX SERVICES LLC franchise authorized hereunder. The Franchisee shall not operate any other business or profession from or through the franchise location. If the Franchisee is an entity, the entity shall only operate the MZBIZ TAX SERVICES LLC franchise governed by this Agreement and no other business, unless the Franchisee receives the Franchisor's prior written approval. Upon request of the Franchisor, the Franchisee shall promptly provide to the Franchisor proof, reasonably acceptable to the Franchisor, of such ownership.
Operations Manual. Liberty will loan you a copy of Liberty’s Operations Manual (“Manual”) to offer guidance in the operation of your Franchised Business.
Operations Manual. You acknowledge the importance of consistency of quality, service and operation among all Liberty Tax franchised offices and, therefore, agree to operate the Franchised Business in conformity with all standards to be maintained, techniques and operating procedures that Liberty may prescribe in Liberty’s manuals or otherwise in writing, and to refrain from deviating therefrom without Liberty’s prior written consent. Liberty will loan you a copy of the Manual and provide you with other relevant manuals. Liberty may modify the Manual or any other manual, in order to adjust for competitive changes, technological advancements, legal requirements and attempts to improve in the marketplace. You agree to operate the Franchised Business according to the manuals and any modifications including, but not limited to, the Manual, as may be updated or supplemented by memoranda, bulletin, email or other similar mechanism that together with the Manual, contain the mandatory and suggested procedures and specifications that are prescribed for the Franchised Business.
Operations Manual. The (CCM POOL NAME) Operations Manual is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. The Operations Manual shall be applicable to User and its usage of Chassis under this Agreement. The Operations Manual may be modified from time to time at the discretion of the (CCM POOL NAME) Board of Managers, provided that written notice of any amendments shall be given to the User prior to their effectiveness.
Operations Manual. FHS shall provide PPG with various Operations Manuals which identify the methods of administration of this Agreement, including grievance and appeal procedures, Utilization/Care Management Programs, Quality Improvement Programs, encounter reporting procedures, and billing and accounting of Covered Services rendered hereunder. Updates to the Operations Manual will be made by FHS and, whenever possible, shall be sent to PPG for review thirty (30) days prior to implementation. Such updates shall not materially affect the compensation rates or financial responsibility of PPG under this Agreement.
