Common use of Project Manuals Clause in Contracts

Project Manuals. The Architect/Engineer shall prepare the Project Manual(s) for the project in accordance with the current edition of the manual titled The University of Texas System, Guidelines for Architects/Engineers, Preparation of Project Manuals. Due to the statutory nature of its content, the document is subject to revision at any time. Therefore, the Project Architect/Engineer shall request a current edition of the document from UTH immediately before advertising for bids and include the current statutory documents in the bidding documents.
