Project Operations Manual definition

Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the manual, acceptable to the Bank, adopted pursuant to Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 of this Agreement setting forth detailed guidelines and procedures for the implementation of Parts A, B.2, B.3, and C of the Project, including inter alia: administration and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, procurement and accounting procedures, environmental and social aspects, anti-corruption and fraud mitigation measures, grievance redress mechanisms, provisions on Personal Data collection and processing in accordance with Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and good international practice, roles and responsibilities for Project implementation, including the specific roles and responsibilities of the agencies and units involved in Project implementation, and such other arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the effective implementation of the Project as said manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Bank.

Project Operations Manual means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Part B.3(a) of Section 1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operations Manual;

Project Operations Manual means the Recipient’s manual, referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, to be adopted by the Recipient in accordance with the provisions of the said section; as said manual may be modified from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any schedules or annexes to the manual.

• A CERC Project Operations Manual, acceptable to the Association, for the implementation of the Contingency Emergency Response Plan, will be prepared and constitute a disbursement condition for this sub-component.

Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the manual (satisfactory to the Association and dated August 31, 2005) outlining, inter alia, responsibilities, procurement and contracting procedures for the implementation of the Project and including the MGM and the PFAM, as the same may be amended from time to time with prior approval of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the POM.

Project Operations Manual means the manual, to be adopted by the Recipient pursuant to Section 4.01(a) of this Agreement, setting forth the operational and administrative responsibilities, procedures and rules for the implementation of Part 2 of the Project, including a manual of financial management procedures that sets out procedures for Project accounting, reporting and audit, disbursements, flow of funds and management of the designated account, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

Project Operations Manual means the Recipient’s manual, dated August 2010, agreed with the Association and setting out implementation, organizational, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation, and procurement arrangements for purposes of Project implementation, and including the Project Financial Management Manual, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such manual.

Project Operations Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project Operations Manual means the manual to assist the PPMUs, RWSSEs and Participating Communes in the implementation of the Project, and referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement; as such Manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

Project Operations Manual and the acronym “POM” mean the operations manual for the Project to be prepared and adopted by the Recipient [as a condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement], pursuant to Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the Association.
