Form of Bond definition

Form of Bond means the Form of Bond attached hereto as Exhibit B. “GASB” means the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.
Form of Bond means the “Form of Bond” attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Form of Bond means the FORM OF BOND provided for in Section 11 of this Bond Resolution and set forth in Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Form of Bond

Form of Bond means the Form of Bond attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Form of Bond means the Form of Bond set forth in Exhibit A to this Resolution, with such insertions and variations as are permitted or required by this Resolution or the Pricing Certificate.
Form of Bond. The Bank will require a single term Note in the full amount of par, with sinking fund payments equivalent to the stated maturity schedule indicated in the estimated principal amortization schedule of the Request for Quote. The Bank shall not require the Note to be rated by any rating agency. The Bank: (a) is a bank, an entity directly or indirectly controlled by a bank or under common control with a bank, other than a broker, dealer or municipal securities dealer registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or a consortium of such entities; and (b) has the present intent to hold the Note to maturity or earlier redemption.
Form of Bond means the Form of Fixed Rate Bond and Form of Variable Rate Bond, as applicable, attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2, respectively.

Related to Form of Bond

  • Form of Note means the “Form of Note” attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;

  • Form of Contract means the document comprising Section 1 of the Contract signed by or on behalf of the Parties confirming their willingness to enter into and be bound by the terms of the Contract.

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Opinion of Bond Counsel means a written opinion of Bond Counsel.

  • Withdrawal Opinion of Counsel has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.1(b).

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Exhibit E means Exhibit E to the Judgment;

  • Eligibility Certificate is defined in Section 4.8(b).

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Description of Notes means the “Description of the Notes” section of the Final Offering Memorandum.

  • Withdrawal certificate means a document known as a withdrawal of a certificate of noncompliance provided by the child support unit certifying that the certificate is withdrawn and that the board may proceed with issuance, reinstatement, or renewal of a license.

  • Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent which instructs the Transfer Agent to issue Underlying Shares pursuant to the Transaction Documents, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate

  • the first supplementary agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Second Schedule;
