Posting of Schedule. (a) Work staffing schedules covering a four (4) month period will be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Posting of Schedule. An up to date copy of this Schedule shall be exhibited by each employer on the business premises at a place where it is readily accessible and visible to employees covered by it.
Posting of Schedule. The Hospital will post a special six (6) week schedule that covers the Christmas and New Year’s period by December 1st. It is understood that, subject to staffing requirements, during the period of December 15th to January 15th the provisions of Article 16.07(A)(1)(b) and Letter of Intent Re: Scheduling (weekends off) may be waived.
Posting of Schedule. The Facility will post work schedules at least two (2) weeks in advance and notify promptly an employee whose posted work schedule is to be changed.

Such schedules shall maintain an updated schedule between application periods, which shall be made reasonably available for review by each employee upon request. The schedule to be implemented in January and July of each agreement year shall be posted no later than the third Monday of that month.

Nothing shall preclude the schedule being changed with the mutual consent of the employee and his Supervisor, provided also the Chief Executive Officer or designate in his absence shall have the right to alter the schedule in cases of emergency. The question of emergency shall be arbitrable. The Hospital further agrees that there will be no "split shifts".
