BUSINESS PREMISES. 4.1 No person shall attempt to sell any goods or services to other persons within The Gates at Hilton, whether by way of door to door selling, setting up a store, spaza shop or sales table, nor may any person make any attempt to set up a business as a vendor within The Gates, for any purpose whatever, without the prior written consent of the HOA and the necessary licences prescribed by law.
BUSINESS PREMISES. Until Closing, Seller agrees to maintain the Business premises, including heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems and built-in fixtures, together with all other equipment and assets included in this sale, in good working order and to deliver the premises in a clean and orderly condition.
BUSINESS PREMISES. 1. Franchisee will has to manage a shop of minimum 100 square feet area to perform business activities. The shop can be owned or rented or paternal.
BUSINESS PREMISES. The Borrower does not own, lease, sublease, occupy, use or operate any real property or improvements other than the Borrower Business Premises. The Borrower's chief executive office (within the meaning of Section 9-103 of the Virginia Uniform Commercial Code) is located at the Borrower Chief Executive Office. All financial books and records of the Borrower are located at the Borrower Business Premises.
BUSINESS PREMISES. (1) Engage in or conduct any building, demolition, remodeling or material modifications or alterations to any of its business premises unless required by applicable Law or reasonably necessary to ensure satisfaction of Section 4.1(u)(2) or (2) fail to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its business premises or other assets in substantially the same condition as of the date hereof.
BUSINESS PREMISES. At the Closing, (i) subject to and in accordance with the English Business Premises Contract in the form annexed hereto as Annex A, the leasehold properties listed on Part A of Index 2.03 shall be assigned to Offeror, and all of Offeree's right, title and interest in and to the real property owned by Offeree located at 12 Waterside Way, London SW17, England, together with all buildings, fxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxon (the "Wimbledon Property"), shall be sold by Offeree to Offeror; and (ii) subject to and in accordance with the Scottish Business Premises Contract in the form annexed hereto as Annex B, the leasehold property listed on Part B of Index 2.03 shall be assigned to Offeror. The leasehold and freehold properties that are the subject of the English Business Premises Contract and the Scottish Business Premises Contract shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the "Business Premises."
BUSINESS PREMISES. The employer shall arrange an appropriate place for the chief shop xxxxxxx, shop xxxxxxx and occupational health and safety representative for storing the equipment required for the tasks and indicate an appropriate space where the necessary discussions for the performance of the tasks can be held. In order to carry out their duties, the chief shop xxxxxxx, shop xxxxxxx and oc- cupational health and safety representative have the right to use the company's normal communications and office equipment. In addition, the chief shop stew- ard is granted a company phone, internet connection and e-mail as a benefit in kind that is usual for the sector. Practical arrangements are agreed upon locally. 8th Compensation for managing shop xxxxxxx and occupational health and safety representative tasks The amount of compensation paid to the chief shop xxxxxxx, shop xxxxxxx and occupational health and safety representative who handle their respective tasks alongside work shall be determined on the basis of the number of senior sala- ried employees they represent as follows: Amounts of compensation as of 1 April 2023: Number of senior salaried employees EUR/month at the previous year’s end 5–9 83 10–24 130 25–50 169 51–100 243 101–200 286 201–400 337 401–600 382 601 - 444 Amounts of compensation as of 1 February 2024: Number of senior salaried employees EUR/month at the previous year’s end 5–9 85 10–24 133 25–50 173 51–100 249 101–200 293 201–400 345 401–600 392 601 - 455 The chief shop xxxxxxx, shop xxxxxxx or occupational health and safety repre- sentative shall inform the employer when the compensation should be paid to their deputy. The Group's chief shop xxxxxxx and negotiating chief shop xxxxxxx shall be compensated according to the number of persons they represent.
BUSINESS PREMISES. Prior to the Closing Date, there shall have been obtained a lease or purchase agreement covering the business premises of Seller on terms satisfactory to Buyer and its legal counsel.
BUSINESS PREMISES. 3.8.1 To the Sellers best knowledge, Annex 10 to this Agreement contains a complete list of the real property that is owned by the Companies (the "REAL PROPERTY").
BUSINESS PREMISES. 15.1 The Vendor shall on or as soon as practicable after completion obtain the consent of the lessor under the Lease to a transfer of the Lease from the Vendor to the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall pay the Lessor's costs of and incidental to such consent and transfer. The Vendor warrants that on completion there will not be any breach of the Lease by the Vendor, that it will have received no notice from the lessor under the Lease which has not been complied with and that the Lease will be valid and subsisting.
