Grammar. Whenever the context so requires, the use of words herein in the singular shall be construed to include the plural, and words in the plural, the singular. Words, whether in the masculine, feminine or neuter genders, shall be construed to include all of those genders. It is understood that the use is for convenience purposes only and is not to be interpreted to be discriminatory by reason of sex.
Grammar. As used in this Mortgage, the singular shall include the plural, and masculine, feminine, and neuter pronouns shall be fully interchangeable, where the context so requires.

The words "hereof", "herein", "hereby", "hereunder" and other similar terms in this Lease refer to this Lease as a whole and not exclusively to any particular provision of this Lease.
Grammar. The parties hereto agree that the words importing the singular number only shall include the plural, and vice versa, and words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender, and words importing persons shall include firms and corporations and vice versa;
