Personnel Policies and Procedures. The Employer shall have the authority to establish from time to time personnel policies and procedures to be followed by its employees. Executive agrees to comply with the policies and procedures of the Employer. To the extent any provisions in Employer's personnel policies and procedures differ with the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall apply.
Personnel Policies and Procedures. If any personnel or subcontractors of Broker are provided with access to any Guardian or Principal systems or facilities, Broker shall ensure that any such persons shall comply with (i) all applicable policies and processes of Guardian that Guardian or Principal communicates to Broker and (ii) these Security and Privacy Requirements. Broker shall ensure that such persons do not access or attempt to access any computer system, electronic file, software, or other electronic services other than those specifically required to perform its obligations under the Agreement.

The Township reserves the right to suspend, discipline, demote, discharge employees for just cause; and it reserves the right to transfer, assign, schedule, promote, or retain employees. Towards this end, the Township may promulgate personnel policies and a copy of same, when issued, shall be transmitted to each employee. Such policies may be amended from time to time as required, and as determined by the Township. Employees shall be notified of any changes or amendments as provided herein. Each teacher's file is available to the teacher and may be examined by the teacher at the teacher's request pursuant to the Illinois Personnel Record Review Act (820 ILCS 40). The teacher shall submit a written request to the Human Resources Office using the Personnel File Review Request Form. The District shall provide the teacher with the inspection opportunity within seven (7) school days after the teacher makes the request or if the District can reasonably show that such deadline cannot be met, the District shall have an additional seven (7) school days to comply.
