To Broker Clause Samples
The "To Broker" clause defines the rights, responsibilities, or entitlements granted to the broker within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what the broker is authorized to do, such as receive commissions, act on behalf of a party, or access certain information necessary to perform their duties. For example, it may specify the broker's entitlement to payment upon successful completion of a transaction or their authority to negotiate terms. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate the broker's role and ensure all parties understand the broker's involvement, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring smooth facilitation of the transaction.
