New Policies definition

New Policies has the meaning set forth in the Reinsurance Agreement. (eee)
New Policies means all group indemnity dental insurance policies and group and individual prepaid managed dental care contracts that may be issued by Ceding Company as required under Section 3.6. New Policies will only be issued on the forms and in those states set forth in Exhibit C.

More Definitions of New Policies

New Policies means any and all binders, endorsements, riders, policies, certificates, and contracts of insurance, supplementary contracts of insurance and annuity contracts issued or renewed on or after the Effective Time by Reinsurer as Administrator in accordance with Section 2.1(b) hereof, Section 3.8 of the Administrative Services Agreement or Section 5.14 of the Master Agreement.
