Written Form definition

Written Form means any written amendment to the framework agreement, including any modification of limits through recorded phone conversations, with the stipulation that limit modifications made over the phone shall be subsequently confirmed in writing by parties at any time upon request of either party.

Written Form means contractual and other legal declarations made in writing , including via recorded phone conversations, provided that the declaration was made in a form suitable to reiterate the declaration with unchanged content and to identify the person making the declaration and the time when the declaration was made.
