Electronic Services definition

Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an Internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system.
Electronic Services means the cost of TV hire and local phone calls, which are included at participating private hospitals.
Electronic Services when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean a service provided by us, for instance, an internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or other electronic Order routing system;

  • USBGFS shall also not be liable for the actions or omissions of any third party wrongdoers (i.e., hackers not employed by USBGFS or its affiliates) that cause a disruption of the Electronic Services, unless USBGFS did not exercise reasonable care in following commercial standards to protect the Electronic Services.

  • Such web sites shall have the functionality necessary to facilitate, implement and maintain the hypertext links to the Electronic Services and the various inquiry and transaction web pages.

  • The parties hereby warrant that neither party shall knowingly insert into any interface, other software, or other program provided by such party to the other hereunder, or accessible through the Electronic Services or Trust’s web site(s), as the case may be, any “back door,” “time bomb,” “Trojan Horse,” “worm,” “drop dead device,” “virus” or other computer software code or routines or hardware components designed to disable, damage or impair the operation of any system, program or operation hereunder.

  • If in the Trust’s judgment, such replacement or modification does materially adversely affect the performance of the Electronic Services or significantly lessen their utility to the Trust, the Trust may terminate all rights and responsibilities under this Exhibit G immediately on written notice to USBGFS.


More Definitions of Electronic Services

Electronic Services means any banking and other services or facilities which we may make available to you from time to time and offered via electronic means, including any card, electronic computerised or telecommunication devices or modes of operating accounts in or outside the country, and where the context requires, also means any PIN and/or Card used to access Electronic Services;
Electronic Services means any banking and other services or facilities which we and/or any Participant may make available to you from time to time and offered via electronic means, including any card, electronic computerised or telecommunication devices or modes of operating accounts in or outside Singapore including any ATM services and any electronic funds transfer at the point of sale services, and where the context requires, also means any PIN and/or Card used to access Electronic Services;
Electronic Services means communications and services made available via electronic media.
Electronic Services means SCB Easy Net and/or SCB Easy Application and/or SCB Mobile Banking services including any other additional electronic services to be provided by the Bank to the Applicant in the future.
Electronic Services means the services offered by us from time to time that let you access the Account using an Electronic Device. However, Electronic Services do not include card services such as Debit Cards or Smart Cards, including those provided by a Third Party.
Electronic Services shall consist of those services set out in paragraph A through H above.
Electronic Services. (“the Service”) means any and all of Lightspeed ’s computer, electronic or telephonic services or systems, including, but not limited to, services and information accessible and provided by Lightspeed through third parties, externally accessible computers and networks, any Web site maintained by Lightspeed , and any other computer, electronic or telephonic securities trading services or information system provided to customers whether established directly by Lightspeed or through other service providers.
