Periodic Examinations. Upon reasonable advance notice, Owner shall allow reasonable periodic examinations of the interior and exterior of the Historic Property by representatives of the County Assessor, the State Department of Parks and Recreation, the State Board of Equalization and City, as may be necessary to determine Owner’s compliance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

Periodic Examinations. Xxxxx X. Xxxxx shall undergo a thorough general, physical examination by an internist or general medical practitioner during the term of the Agreement and at least once every two years thereafter. The Employee shall inform the Superintendent of the results of that examination. The District shall reimburse for up to 50 percent of the cost of each examination.
Periodic Examinations. The Parties agree that Party A will administer at least four work-based examinations, the passing standards and method of administration to be determined by Party A. Periodic Examinations. Facilitator will permit duly authorized representatives of COSI to inspect any location where Facilitator uses the Marks as well as any printed or electronic uses of the Marks at any reasonable time during normal business hours to identity Facilitator’s Services for the purpose of determining compliance with this Agreement, and Facilitator shall cooperate with any such requested inspection. Approval or disapproval of any proposed or existing use of the Marks by Facilitator shall lie solely in COSI’s discretion. In the event Facilitator desires to use the Marks on or in association with goods or services in any way that is different than the use of the Marks by COSI at the time of this Agreement, such proposed use shall be described and submitted in writing to COSI for pre-approval and Facilitator shall not use the Marks in the desired way until written approval is received from COSI.

The Company will provide a drug-free workplace to all employees, and Company Administrative Practice & Procedure (AP&P) 49 provides the guidelines for ensuring we remain a drug-free workplace. If a current employee tests positive for alcohol or marijuana, and if rehabilitation is agreed upon by the employee, and if the employee has not previously violated the Company’s policy on drug- free workplace or previously tested positive for alcohol or marijuana; the Company will agree to the employee’s request to enter treatment subject to the provisions of AP&P 49. Excluding alcohol and marijuana, if the confirmed positive test is for any illegal/illicit drug or substance, including abuse of legal prescriptions, the Company will immediately suspend without pay until the employee exercises or fails to exercise their right to have a second confirmatory test conducted. Upon learning that the second confirmatory test is positive or if the employee refuses to request the second test, employment will be terminated.
