Examinations. The Company has not received any notice that any Employee Benefit Plan is currently the subject of an audit, investigation, enforcement action or other similar proceeding conducted by any state or federal agency or authority.
Examinations. Employees shall be permitted to write any examination required by the Employer, upon satisfactory completion of the necessary term of service and training programs. Employees who fail an examination shall, upon request and where available, receive a copy of their examination paper and shall be eligible to be re-examined. This provision shall not apply to examinations set as a condition of initial employment.
Examinations. Any health examinations needed because a third party requires the exam, including examinations to get or keep a job, examinations required under a labor agreement or other contract, to buy insurance or to get or keep a license, to travel, to go to a school, camp, sporting event, or to join in a sport or other recreational activity.
Examinations. The Manager or Supervisor shall grant an Employee a leave of absence with pay for the purpose of writing examinations involving courses of instruction provided any such course has previously been approved and recognized by the Employer for the purpose of improving the Employee’s qualifications in the Employer’s service.
Examinations first-year certificate and degree certificate contains provisions relating to the certificates obtained at the end of the first year and the main phase and explains how you qualify for the classification ‘cum laude’ (with distinction).
Examinations. ALPS shall provide reasonable assistance in connection with any examination of or inquiry related to the Fund by a regulatory authority that includes a review of Fund records maintained by ALPS.
Examinations. General Examination of employees to determine their ability to perform the material and substantial duties of their position and assignment may be required of employees. Examinations shall be required for employees when ordered by the Employer or his designee. Examinations may be either periodic or as the Employer or designee require.

Examinations. FINOVA shall at all reasonable times have full access to and the right to examine, audit, make abstracts and copies from and inspect Borrower's records, files, books of account and all other documents, instruments and agreements relating to the Collateral and the right to check, test and appraise the Collateral. Borrower shall deliver to FINOVA any instrument necessary for FINOVA to obtain records from any service bureau maintaining records for Borrower. All instruments and certificates prepared by Borrower showing the value of any of the Collateral shall be accompanied, upon FINOVA's request, by copies of related purchase orders and invoices. FINOVA may, at any time after the occurrence of an Event of Default, remove from Borrower's premises Borrower's books and records (or copies thereof) or require Borrower to deliver such books and records or copies to FINOVA. FINOVA may, without expense to FINOVA, use such of Borrower's personnel, supplies and premises as may be reasonably necessary for maintaining or enforcing FINOVA's security interest.
Examinations. An examination shall include experience rating tests if such examination shall have been given prior to the date of this Agreement, but from and after the date of this Agreement shall include only written and/or practical examinations given by this Local Union, or any other duly constituted Local Union of the IBEW. Reasonable intervals of time for examinations are specified as not less than two (2) months, not more than three (3) months. An applicant shall be eligible for examination if he has four (4) years of experience at the trade.
