Packing and Packaging. ANDON shall package all shipments hereunder in accordance with standard commercial practices for shipment of goods that are the same or substantially similar. Each shipment shall contain a packing list indicating the order number, shipping symbols, serial numbers, weights, measurements, and other means of identification as may be directed by ATCOR or reasonably necessary to facilitate due delivery.
Packing and Packaging. Seller shall preserve, package, handle, and pack the Products so as to protect the Products from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practices, Powerwave’s specifications, government regulations and other applicable requirements. Seller shall be responsible for any Product damage caused by any failure to comply with packaging specifications. Seller shall provide a detailed packing list attached to each pallet or container enclosed in a weatherproof package marked “Packing Slip Inside.” The packing slip and other documentation shall bear the applicable PO number and shipping destination. Cartons or pallets shall be consistently labeled and facing the same direction. Seller shall be responsible for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, package, handle or pack the Products. Hazardous materials must be packed and labeled as required by the appropriate government and carrier regulations. Machined surfaces must be given special protection against rust, corrosion, or any physical damage. Where applicable, all sides of the package shall be stenciled, using waterproof ink, with the appropriate marks, in English, listed below: — FRAGILE — HANDLE WITH CARE — THIS END UP (Stencil and arrow pointing up.) If Buyer directs Seller to mark or label any Parts with a trade name, trademark, or logo owned or licensed by Powerwave, Seller shall apply the marking or labeling only on the quantity of Products and in the manner specified in Powerwave’s written instructions.
Packing and Packaging. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all packing and packaging must be done in accordance with good, economical, commercial practice, and must consist of suitable containers for optimum protection of goods during delivery, handling, and storage. Seller will label and package all goods which are known to have health, poison, fire, explosion, or other risks and hazards in accordance with all applicable state and federal packaging and labeling laws and regulations and goods will be accompanied by all required Material Safety Data Sheets.

Any packing shall be carried out in accordance with professional standards, under the sole liability of the Supplier and at its own expense, even in the event of delivery EXW ("Ex Works"). The performance and quality of such packing shall at least be equivalent to the standards provided for by the requirements of the French Union of Industrial Packaging (the latest edition in force at the time of the Order). When designing the packages, the Supplier shall take into account the means of transport, the number of transshipments and handling operations, and the weather conditions in any places of transit and use. In the absence of any particular instructions, the Supply shall be identified on each packaging unit with SUNTEC INDUSTRIES FRANCE item reference and the quantity held in the packaging unit. Each package shall be identified with at least the place of delivery, SUNTEC INDUSTRIES FRANCE item references and the quantity held in each package. Force Majeure shall refer to any external uncontrollable and unforeseeable event preventing the Parties from fulfilling their undertakings under the Order. In any event Force Majeure shall not include the following: - strikes and generally speaking any acts of agents, employees, representatives or sub-supplier of the Supplier, as well as any damage due to the failure of the materials or equipment used for the fulfilment of the Supply; - any possible delays in the delivery of raw materials. The Supplier may not rely on Force Majeure if the event occurs after the expiration of the contractual time limit or limits for the fulfilment of the Order.
Packing and Packaging. The Products shall be packed and shipped by Company in accordance with Company's standard packaging procedures; provided, however, the packaging of the Products may bear Master Distributor's name and design(s) (as provided by Master Distributor to Company in camera-ready form), so long as the same shall be mutually acceptable to the Parties.

The equipments, devices and components required under this agreement shall be packaged and packed for domestic shipment in accordance with best commercial practice to ensure safe arrival at destination unless otherwise specified on the individual Job Order or in writing by the contracting officer. Packing and Packaging. No charge whatsoever shall be accepted for packing or packaging except those charges stated herein. The Buyer shall in no case be responsible for damage to goods caused by the Sellers having used deficient or inappropriate packing, and the Seller shall be obliged to replace without delay any damaged goods and without any extra costs for the Buyer. The number of this Purchase Order shall appear on the invoice or papers referring to this Purchase Order, likewise on the outer packing of the goods, where the quantity and description of the goods shall also be stated. No later than the goods shipping date, the Seller shall send the Buyer, by regular mail, in duplicate, the bill of lading or similar goods shipping document. A copy of the bill of lading shall be posted at a visible location in each shipment.
Packing and Packaging. 1. The cases,,, packaging, boxes, containing similar packaging and submitted the respective goods shall be considered as originating good if the main complies with the origin criteria of this chapter.
