However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Employee is waiving her right to receive any individual monetary relief from Company or any of the Released Parties resulting from such claims or conduct, regardless of whether Employee or another party has filed them, and in the event Employee obtains such monetary relief, Company will be entitled to an offset for the payments made pursuant to this Agreement and Release.
