Ex Works definition

Ex Works means that the seller delivers when it places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller’s premises or at another named place (i.e.,works, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller does not need to load the goods on any collecting vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable.

Ex Works means "ex works" as defined in the edition of the rules for interpretation of trade terms known as INCOTERMS current as at the date of the Buyer's order;

Ex Works shall have the meaning as such term is defined in the ICC Incoterms, 2000, International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms, ICC Publication No. 560.

Ex Works means LB has fulfilled its obligation to deliver when it has made the object of delivery available at its premises to the Customer or the Customer’s agent (or to LB’s carrier if the provisions of Clause 5.1 of this Schedule 5 apply).
