Raw Materials definition

Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
Raw Materials means any items or materials used or consumed in the manufacture of goods to be sold by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.
Raw Materials means all ingredients, solvents, consumables and other components of the Product required to perform the Manufacturing Process or Services set forth in the bill of materials detailing the same (including Resins but excluding any consumables or wearables).

Examples of Raw Materials in a sentence

  • Client shall pay or reimburse SBL for all Taxes in connection with the purchase, sale, storage, importation or exportation of any Raw Materials, Client Materials, Batches, or Product or the provision of Services, except to the extent such Taxes are recoverable by or refundable to SBL.

More Definitions of Raw Materials

Raw Materials means goods, excluding equipment and machinery, purchased for use in manufacturing a product.
Raw Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
