Raw Materials definition
Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
Raw Materials means all excipients, components, raw materials and any other components required to manufacture, package and label the Product.
Raw Materials means any items or materials used or consumed in the manufacture of goods to be sold by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.

Each applicable SOW will also provide an estimated cost for any Raw Materials to be procured by Cellares on behalf of Partner.
