More Definitions of Time Limit

Time Limit means during the Executive's employment with the Company and continuing for one (1) year after the Date of Termination of any such employment for any reason. In the event of a violation of any of the covenants contained in this Section 9, the Time Limit shall be extended by a period of time equal to that period beginning when the activities constituting the violation commenced, and ending when those activities terminated.
