Logging tool means a device used subsurface to perform well-logging.
stratigraphic test well means a drilling effort, geologically directed, to obtain information pertaining to a specific geologic condition. Ordinarily, such wells are drilled without the intention of being completed for hydrocarbon production. They include wells for the purpose of core tests and all types of expendable holes related to hydrocarbon exploration. Stratigraphic test wells are classified as (i) "exploratory type" if not drilled into a proved property; or (ii) "development type", if drilled into a proved property. Development type stratigraphic wells are also referred to as "evaluation wells".

LRN means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").
Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

Claim experience, health status, and duration of coverage since issue are not case characteristics for the purpose of this subchapter.
Level IV Pricing applies at any date, if at such date, (i) (A) the Borrower's long-term debt is rated BBB+ or higher by S&P or (B) Baa1 or higher by Moody's and (ii) none of Level I Pricing, Level II Pricing and Level III Pricing applies. "Level V Pricing" applies at any date if, at such date, (i) (A) the Borrower's long-term debt is rated BBB or higher by S&P or (B) Baa2 or higher by Moody's and (ii) none of Level I Pricing, Level II Pricing, Level III and Level IV Pricing applies. "Level VI Pricing" applies at any date if, at such date, no other Pricing Level applies.
Turbidity means the clarity of water expressed as nephelometric turbidity units (NTU) and measured with a calibrated turbidimeter.
Uptime means the time period when specified services are available with specified technical and service standards as mentioned in section titled WARRANTY SUPPORT” "%Uptime" means ratio of 'up time' (in minutes) as mentioned in section titled “Warranty support”
Index Level means, in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the level of the Index published by the Index Sponsor.
Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) means a document or documents containing the specification, and proposed terms and conditions issued to potential suppliers to solicit written Quotations.
Index Cancellation means in respect of an Index, the Index Sponsor in respect of that Index permanently cancels such Index and no Successor Index is designated.
Repeatability means the range of values within which the repeat results of cigarette test trials from a single laboratory will fall 95 percent of the time.
Relapse means progressive irresponsible, inappropriate and dysfunctional behavior patterns that could lead to resumption of alcohol or drug use or problem gambling. “Relapse” also refers to the resumption of alcohol or drug use or problem gambling.
Index Modification means in respect of an Index, the Index Sponsor announces that it shall make a material change in the formula for or the method of calculating that Index or in any other way materially modifies that Index (other than a modification prescribed in that formula or method to maintain that Index in the event of changes in constituent stock and capitalisation and other routine events).
Step 2 If no settlement is reached at Step 1, the aggrieved employee shall submit the grievance in writing to his/her department head through the Union, within ten (10) working days of the discussion provided at Step 1.
