Standard Packaging definition

Standard Packaging means a Licensed Product packaged in individual pouches and in individual folding cartons consisting of pouch units per carton reasonably specified by PPI and containing any labels and labelling required therefor by the FDA and provided in packages that are appropriate for regulatory and marketing purposes, and produced at a SANO facility in the United States, the grade and quality of the labels, labelling and packaging materials being as specified in the ANDA therefor.
Standard Packaging means an Estrogen Transdermal Drug Delivery System Licensed Product meeting the specifications set forth in Exhibit B packaged in individual pouches and in individual folding cartons consisting of eight (8) pouch units per carton and containing any labels and labeling required by the applicable regulatory authority.
Standard Packaging means: (a) in respect of vinyl Singles, vinyl Albums and twelve inch laser discs, a four standard colour sleeve with or without a white inner; (b) in respect of compact discs and any other form of laser disc other than a twelve inch laser disc, a four standard colour stitched booklet of not more than eight (8) pages, up to two (2) colours printed on the disc, a clear tray and a printed back inlay of up to four (4) colours (“the Basic Format”) or any variation of the foregoing elements provided always that the total cost to Company shall not exceed the cost of the Basic Format; (c) in respect of an audio cassette, a four standard colour inlay card with three fold-outs; (d) in respect of video cassettes, a single page four standard colour insert.

  • All goods shall be prepared (cleaned, preserved, etc.) and packed per Military Standard Packaging, when required, or best commercial practice for export shipment in a manner to comply with carrier regulations and to prevent damage or deterioration during handling, shipment and indoor storage for up to ninety (90) days at destination.

  • Provided the total of several lines of the same order corresponds to Standard Packaging, said Standard Packaging shall be delivered on a single occasion on the first instalment date of said order lines.

Related to Standard Packaging

  • Packaging means the assembly of components necessary to ensure compliance with the packaging requirements of these regulations. It may consist of one or more receptacles, absorbent materials, spacing structures, thermal insulation, radiation shielding, and devices for cooling or absorbing mechanical shocks. The vehicle, tie-down system, and auxiliary equipment may be designated as part of the packaging.

  • Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning given to it in NI 41-101;

  • Remarketing Materials means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any other information furnished by the Company to the Remarketing Agent for distribution to investors in connection with the Remarketing.
