Overtime – part-time Employees. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of clauses 31.1, 31.2, and 31.3, a part-time Employee shall not be entitled to overtime payment(s) unless the total number of hours worked in a fortnightly pay period by the part-time Employee exceeds 76. Payment, or equivalent time off in lieu, in all other instances for extra work performed in excess of the fixed number of working hours for a part-time Employee in a fortnightly pay period shall be at the ordinary hourly rate.
Overtime – part-time Employees. Overtime shall be defined as all work performed in excess of thirty-five (35)hours per week.
Overtime – part-time Employees. Work performed in excess of the rostered number of working hours of a part-time employee shall be paid at overtime rates once a minimum of 38 hours of ordinary time per week has been exceeded.

In the event a part-time employees works more than the basic work week and as a result receives overtime, he will receive as overtime the rate specified in Appendix “B”, Article 15.07 of the collective agreement. #6 FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE ABSENT FOR FULL WEEK OR MORE When a full-time employee is absent for a full week or more the Company agrees to offer the hours, on the basis of skill and ability, to the most senior part-time employee who normally performs the same job function in that store, providing the part-time employee has more than five (5) years service and is available, according to their declaration of availability, to work the full-time hours.

A7.1 Overtime for part-time employees who occupy positions below the salary barrier will be paid for duty performed: which is not continuous with an employee’s ordinary hours as prescribed at A6.1(b) of this Schedule; on any day which is continuous with an employee’s ordinary hours as prescribed at A6.1(b) of this Schedule which in whole or in part, falls outside the period 8am to 6pm, where the employee also completes the ordinary hours of duty on that day; and is continuous with an employee’s ordinary hours, which falls wholly within the period 8am to 6pm and which exceeds, in any one week, that employee’s prescribed weekly hours under A6.1(a) of this Schedule.
