Overtime for Part. Time Employees Part-time employees working less than seven (7) hours per day, and who are required to work in excess of their regularly scheduled hours, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked up to and including seven (7) hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates would apply after seven (7) hours in the day and for all work performed on Statutory holidays and days off designated by the College. Any employee working more than thirty-five (35) hours in a week shall receive overtime after the thirty-five (35) hours.
Overtime for Part. Time Employees Part-time and auxiliary employees working less than the hours per day for a full-time employee, in the same classification, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for all hours worked. Regular overtime rates shall apply for all hours which exceed the hours per day for the full-time employee, all work performed on holidays and scheduled day(s) of rest.
Overtime for Part. TIME EMPLOYEES Part time employees are eligible for overtime compensation when they are required to work more than seven (7) hours in a day. Except for employees on a rotating shift, which requires more than five (5) consecutive days of work, part time employees required to work in excess of five (5) days in a week, are eligible for overtime compensation for all work performed in the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) days. Overtime rates as defined in 16.05 (b)17.01 (d) shall apply for all work performed on general holidays.

Overtime for Part time Employees Overtime for part-time employees is defined as any additional time worked to complete the duties required for a scheduled shift, as approved by the employee’s supervisor. Part-time employees who work more than their scheduled hours of work in a shift will be paid as follows:
Overtime for Part. Time Employees Part-time employees can be called in and do not qualify for overtime until they have exceeded the daily hours of work of a regular full-time employee or the weekly hours of the recognized averaging period for the crew they are assigned to.

Overtime for Part time Employees shall be defined as work performed in excess of 40 hours within the designated workweek.
Overtime for Part. Time Workers Once hours exceed the workday of a full-time employee (seven hours for Inside Classifications, eight hours for Outside Classifications) overtime will be payable. Once hours exceed weekly hours of a full-time employee (35 hours for Inside Classification, 40 hours for Outside Classification) overtime will be payable. This article provides for two consecutive days off with no more than five consecutive days of work.
