Overtime/Compensatory Time Generally. Employees eligible for overtime, who work in excess of thirty-five (35) hours per week from Monday to Friday, shall be entitled to compensatory time off at the rate of one and one half (1 ½) hours off for each hour of overtime worked beyond thirty-five hours. Bargaining unit members shall be paid overtime as per the requirements of law. It is understood that employees who are not eligible for overtime may work extended hours. In light of this, consideration will be given to requests for adjustment of hours in a work day. For the purpose of scheduling time off, Compensatory Time shall be deemed the same as annual leave and subject to the same terms as provided in § 6.2(A). Compensatory time should be taken within 12 months of the date it is accrued, but the time to take the compensatory time can, for good cause, be extended for an additional six months.

Overtime/Compensatory Time Generally. Non-exempt employees who work more than 35 hours up to 40 hours a week may elect to receive either straight-time pay or one and one-half hours in compensatory time for every hour worked more than 35 up to 40. Non-exempt employees who work more than forty hours per week will receive overtime pay at a rate of one-and-one-half times their regular hourly wage.

Where the FOP has an established leave donation agreement with another bargaining unit within Xxxxxxxxxx County, the employer agrees to honor the agreement pursuant to the applicable contractual requirements of the bargaining unit and transfer sick leave as requested.   • Overtime Pay a) A casual employee shall be entitled to overtime pay in accordance with Article 27.05 in the following circumstances:
