From Monday to Friday. Any scheduled shift which commences between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. shall be worked at 100% of the Journeyman rate. Any scheduled shift which commences outside these hours shall be at 125% of the Journeyman rate. Any previously unscheduled overtime which follows or precedes a scheduled eight hour shift shall be at double the rate paid on that scheduled shift. On Saturday and Sunday: Any scheduled shift which commences between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. shall be worked at 200% of the Journeyman rate. Any scheduled shift which commences outside these hours shall be at 250% of the Journeyman rate. Where two consecutive scheduled twelve hour shifts take place on the same day, employees shall receive two paid 20 minute meal breaks scheduled as close as possible to the four hour and eight hour points in the shift. An employee who is called out for work after leaving the job site shall be paid in accordance with normal overtime rates provided that he or she shall receive a minimum of three hours at the prevailing rate.

  • Monday to Friday The Executive's salary has been computed to reflect that his regular duties are likely, from time to time, to require more than the normal hours per week and the Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional remuneration for work outside normal hours.

  • Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building. Safes and other heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on supports of such thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in the local Appendix the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

  • Payments Due on Non-Business Day If the date fixed for any payment on any Trust Security shall be a day that is not a Business Day, then such payment need not be made on such date but may be made on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day (except as otherwise provided in Sections 4.1(a) and 4.2(d)), with the same force and effect as though made on the date fixed for such payment, and no interest shall accrue thereon for the period after such date.
