Operational Activity Sample Clauses
The Operational Activity clause defines the specific actions, processes, or tasks that a party is required to perform under the agreement. It typically outlines the scope of work, performance standards, and any relevant procedures or timelines that must be followed during the execution of the contract. For example, it may detail the steps for delivering services, maintaining equipment, or reporting progress. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their operational responsibilities, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over performance expectations.
