CDC Guidance means guidance, policies, recommendations, and other documents by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) related to COVID-19 and applicable to correctional, detention, and other congregate settings, including the CDC’s “Guidance for Correctional and Detention Facilities,” “Vaccine FAQs in Correctional and Detention Centers,” “Testing in Correctional and Detention Facilities,” “Quarantine Duration in Correctional Facilities,” and any
CDC Guidance means all waivers, orders and guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in connection with the Covid-19 virus.
