Promotional Activities. 19 At the request of North Sound BH-ASO, Provider shall display promotional materials in its 20 offices and facilities as practical, in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with and 21 participate in all reasonable marketing efforts. Provider shall not use any North Sound BH- 22 ASO name in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior written permission of 23 North Sound BH-ASO.

Provider shall maintain its 40 licensure and applicable certifications in good standing, free of disciplinary action, and in 41 unrestricted status throughout the term of this Agreement. Provider’s loss or suspension of 42 licensure or other applicable certifications, or its exclusion from any federally funded health 43 care program, including Medicare and Medicaid, may constitute cause for immediate 44 termination of this Agreement. Provider warrants and represents that each employee and 1 subcontractor, who is subject to professional licensing requirements, is duly licensed to 2 provide Behavioral Health Services. Provider shall ensure each employee and subcontractor 3 have and maintains in good standing for the term of this Agreement the licenses, permits, 4 registrations, certifications, and any other governmental authorizations to provide such 5 services.

LICENSEE agrees that it shall maintain, either at its own facilities or that of any laminating subcontractor selected by LICENSEE, adequate inventories of SPD light control film purchased from any authorized supplier of Light Valve film to meet on a timely basis the anticipated requirements of LICENSEE for incorporation into Licensed Products during the term of this Agreement. In addition, LICENSEE shall promptly develop and maintain a web site relating to its business which prominently features LICENSOR's SPD technology and LICENSEE's relationship to LICENSOR, and shall participate at industry trade shows and conferences and/or engage in other marketing and promotional activities reasonably necessary to promote LICENSOR's SPD technology and LICENSEE's business relating thereto.
Promotional Activities. USER agrees to perform its promotional activities related to its use of the Premises in accordance with all applicable Laws and FIU requirements, and in the least intrusive manner so as not to disturb the atmosphere of the campus and the educational activities therein.
Promotional Activities. MGI shall have the right to conduct gaming promotions from the Licensed Premises. Such promotional activities may result in patrons being awarded: products or services provided by Terrible Xxxxxx in the ordinary course of said entity's business; products or services purchased by MGI from VONS; or such other products and services available from other persons or entities as MGI may determine in its reasonable discretion. MGI may submit proposals to VONS from time-to-time regarding opportunities for joint promotional programs subject to such further terms and conditions upon which the parties may subsequently agree. VONS shall have the right to agree to participate in such joint programs, or to decline to do so, within its sole discretion. MGI shall comply with all applicable laws in regards to any such promotional activities and shall revise, limit, change or terminate any promotion in the event that VONS is of the opinion that any particular promotional activity is harmful to its business, offensive to any of its customers, or otherwise should be revised, limited, changed or terminated. Except as may be expressly undertaken hereafter, VONS shall have no responsibility to MGI or to any of the patrons of MGI for any such promotional activities, the conduct thereof, or the awarding of any prizes therefor.
Promotional Activities. If accepted as a PBR Member, I agree that my membership may require a reasonable amount of promotional activities throughout the 2021 PBR Competition Season and PBR World Finals held by PBR and its sponsors and partners, as well as relating to the sport and business of professional bull riding and western sports in general. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PBR harmless from and against any claims, losses and/or damages arising out of any injury to person and/or property (including, without limitation, contraction of illness and/or death) that occur in connection with such promotional activities.

At the request of Health Plan, Provider shall (1) display Health Plan promotional materials in its offices and facilities as practical, and (2) shall cooperate with and participate in all reasonable Health Plan’s marketing efforts. Provider shall not use Health Plan’s name in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior written permission of Health Plan.
Promotional Activities. LICENSEE will use its best efforts and means to meet the needs of the Territory for the Licensed Products, to promote, advertise and otherwise further the sale and distribution of the Licensed Products in the Territory, particularly in population centers, and to further and preserve the goodwill and reputation of the Licensed Products sold under the Trademarks and meet the standards and conditions as set forth in Appendix VII attached hereto. LICENSOR shall make available to LICENSEE, at prices equal to LICENSOR's actual cost, promotional materials used by LICENSOR in the United States in connection with the sale of Licensed Products sold under the Trademarks. LICENSEE shall submit to LICENSOR all advertising materials proposed to be used by LICENSEE in connection with the Licensed Products for LICENSEE's prior written approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
