Commercial Activities definition

Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.
Commercial Activities means events that sponsored or conducted for the promotion of commercial products or services, and include advertising, private parties, private company or organization meetings, and any other non-public organization event. Commercial activities do not include private, community service, state sponsored, or free speech activities.
Commercial Activities means activities, the end result of which is the production of a good or supply of a service, which will be sold in the relevant market in quantities and at prices determined by the enterprise, and are undertaken with an orientation towards profit-making1.

More Definitions of Commercial Activities

Commercial Activities means activities in which a bank holding company, a financial holding company, a national bank, or a national bank financial subsidiary may not engage under federal law.
