Restricted Activities definition

Restricted Activities means and includes the following:
Restricted Activities for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean executive, managerial, directorial, administrative, strategic, business development or supervisory responsibilities and activities relating to all aspects of residential real estate ownership, management, residential real estate franchising, and residential real estate joint-venturing.

More Definitions of Restricted Activities

Restricted Activities with respect to any "Competing Enterprise," as such terms are hereinafter defined, whether as an officer, employee, principal, partner, agent, consultant, independent contractor or shareholder. "Competing Enterprise," for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean any person, corporation, partnership, venture or other entity which (a) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust, or (b) is engaged in the business of managing, owning, leasing or joint venturing residential real estate within 30 miles of residential real estate owned or under management by the Company or its affiliates. "Restricted Activities," for purposes of this Agreement, shall mean executive, managerial, directorial, administrative, strategic, business development or supervisory responsibilities and activities relating to all aspects of residential real estate ownership, management, residential real estate franchising, and residential real estate joint-venturing.
Restricted Activities is defined in Section 2.1.
Restricted Activities means activities substantially similar to the Executive's responsibilities described in Section 2 of this Agreement for any company, entity or individual that engages in the research, development, marketing or commercialization of pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals that use an anti-inflammatory mechanism to treat or prevent atherosclerosis. For purposes of this Section, the "Restricted Period" shall be one (1) year after termination of employment.
Restricted Activities means those activities described in section 9 of this Agreement.
Restricted Activities means executive, managerial, directorial, administrative, strategic, business development or supervisory responsibilities and activities relating to all aspects of hotel ownership, hotel management, hotel franchising, hotel joint-venturing or hotel booking but excluding (a) the Executive’s employment by a unit of a Competing Enterprise which unit is not itself engaged in Restricted Activities, so long as the Executive’s duties and responsibilities with respect to such employment are limited to the business of such unit, or (b) the Executive’s employment by an entity which includes a Competing Enterprise where such Competing Enterprise produces revenues that account for less than 5% of the gross revenues of the entity and such Competing Enterprise is not a material part of the Executive’s responsibilities.
Restricted Activities has the meaning assigned to such term in the Omnibus Agreement.
