Additional Activities definition
Additional Activities is defined in Section III.C.2.a. “Additional Areas” is defined in Section III.C.2.b. “Additional Services” is defined in Section III.C.2.
Additional Activities. To address other events that arise out of the military member’s covered active duty or call to covered active duty provided the employer and employee agree that the absence will qualify as an exigency, and agree to both the timing and duration of the absence.
Additional Activities has the meaning given to that term in clause 6.9(a)(i).
Examples of Additional Activities in a sentence
The Parties agree that the Additional Activities shall not be part of this Agreement or any Sales Program Plan.
Any such Additional Activities will be subject to a separate written agreement or amendment executed by the Parties that includes [***], and other relevant terms and conditions.
For clarity, however (and subject to clause 6.9(c)), the Supplier is not required to perform any of the Additional Activities unless the Change Request is approved by the Customer.
Additional Activities include, without limitation, any activities or services to be performed by Palomar that are subsequently added to the Initial R&D Plan.
The Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to pursue the Additional Activities.
More Definitions of Additional Activities
Additional Activities means proposed activities outside the scope of the then current Development Plan, including any new Trials for new indications.
