Non-Warranty Services. Best Buy may repair Products not under warranty ("Non-Warranty Services") for customers. Best Buy will establish the charges for the Non-Warranty Services, and Vendor is not obligated or responsible for any payment to Best Buy for such Non-Warranty Services. Best Buy is not obligated to return the Defective Product to Vendor when Best Buy performs Non-Warranty Services.

Non-Warranty Services. In the event Contractor determines consistent with Prudent Practices, or Sunrun identifies that the Service Request includes Non-Warranty Services, Contractor shall perform such Non-Warranty Services on a time and materials basis, at a rate schedule set forth in Exhibit J. Contractor will submit an invoice for payment reasonably promptly following comp letion of such Non-Warranty Services, and Sunrun shall make payment on such invoice in accordance with Article 6 provided that if Contractor does not submit an invoice for the Non-Warranty Services within 90 days of completion of such Non-Warranty Services, no payment shall be due from Sunrun for such Non-Warranty Services. Contractor provides a limited warranty to all Contractor-supplied materials and services used in Non- Warranty Services against defects in material or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years following the date the Non-Warranty Service is performed except for wildlife guards which shall be warranted for a period of 5 years from the date installed . During this period,Contractor will repair or replace any defective component of the warranted goods at Contractor’s own expense, and shall be responsible for all Claims that result from suc h breach of warranty, including without limitation, damages incurred by Host Customer or Sunrun. All Non-Warranty Services shall be performed in accordance with prudent practices in the construction industry and the Sunrun Service Manual.
Non-Warranty Services. The parties acknowledge and agree that (1) Exabyte has delegated its performance of Depot Repair Services to Teleplan and that Exabyte is relying upon Teleplan as the provider of such Depot Repair Services and (2) payment of royalties shall be due to Teleplan upon Exabyte billing the customers for non-warranty work in accordance with 5.1.2.1 below.
Non-Warranty Services. 2.1. If any of the verification services or the Specialty Items (Settlement Only) services are selected by Client in the Application (Non-Warranty Services), TeleCheck will have no liability for any Item that is processed using the Non-Warranty Services that is subsequently returned, dishonored, reversed or otherwise unpaid, and does not warranty the checks processed using the Non-Warranty Services. There will be no payment to Client for any loss from transactions processed through the Non-Warranty Services. Client assumes all risks that Items accepted by Client may result in Return Items. Client will be fully responsible and liable to TeleCheck for all Return Items, regardless of the reason or timing. TeleCheck will deduct or offset all Return Items against any amounts to be paid to Client for Items to settled under this Agreement or, alternatively, TeleCheck may initiate debits to Client’s Settlement Account (defined in Section 3.1 below) for all such Return Items.
Non-Warranty Services. The parties acknowledge and agree that (1) Exabyte has delegated its performance of Depot Repair Services to Teleplan and that Exabyte is relying upon Teleplan as the [...***...] provider of such Depot Repair Services of Exabyte initiated RMA Depot Repair Services, (2) Teleplan shall xxxx Non-Warranty Customers directly for such services by appropriate invoice within three (3) days of any shipment of repaired product, (3) Non-Warranty Customers shall pay Teleplan for all such services and Teleplan shall have the sole and exclusive power and responsibility to collect such payments, (4) the payments shall be due and payable to Teleplan, and (5) payment of royalties shall be due to Exabyte upon billing the customers for non-warranty work in accordance with 5.1.2.1 below.
Non-Warranty Services. If any supported Hardware becomes inoperable as a result of non-compliant use or mis- treatment by Target personnel, Berkshire Grey will either repair the supported Hardware or replace it at Target’s expense. Target will pay for parts at catalog price and will pay for labor per the current Berkshire Grey rate sheet.
