Warranty Service definition

Warranty Service means the service provided during the Warranty Period to repair or replace the Goods, at the vendor’s expense, inclusive of but not limited to, parts, labor, freight and insurance to and from the Purchaser’s site.
Warranty Service has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3.
Warranty Service means performing Maintenance Service in fulfillment of a warranty given to the End User in connection with the purchase of the Equipment. In addition, capitalized terms not defined in this section shall have the meanings stated in the text of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Warranty Service

Warranty Service means the warranty service referred to in clauses 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 of this document;

Warranty Service. The end user or person responsible within the district is asked to call our customer service number at 0-000-000-0000, Option 1. The original purchase order number or invoice number will be required so please have it ready. Xxxxxxx will make arrangement for either on-site service or pick up and transport within the warranty guidelines of the individual product. Warranty Repairs: Various manufacturers have different levels of initial failure policies and Xxxxxxx will honor those policies on behalf of you, the customer; however, if a manufacturer does not have an initial failure policy, the following will be in effect through Xxxxxxx: If a product fails within 15 days of date of invoice, Xxxxxxx will make arrangements for the product to be picked up on a call tag by the appropriate shipper to bring back to our facility for repair. Once repaired, Xxxxxxx will return the product to the customer. If not repairable, a replacement will be issued. If a product fails outside the manufacturer’s warranty, Xxxxxxx will provide the customer with information for the closest warranty repair center. For warranty repair of televisions, most manufacturer warranty centers provide on-site service.
Warranty Service means hardware repair service performed on Eligible HP Products that are covered by standard Eligible HP Product warranty for those Eligible HP Products.
Warranty Service has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.3(a).
Warranty Service has the meaning set forth at Section 11.3. "Work" means all of ACRO's obligations under this Agreement, including all Services and all Warranty obligations of ACRO, as described in this Agreement and/or applicable Purchase Order. "Workmanship Defect" has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(b). "Workmanship Warranty" means the warranty obligations of ACRO set forth in Section 11.1(b). "Workmanship Warranty Period" has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(b). 1.2
